FAQs
✨Where are you located and can I order from you?
We are located in Fort Worth, Texas! We currently offer pick-up, and sometimes delivery, in the DFW area. If you are further out and would like a cake, we can always arrange a time for you to come collect or on special occasions discuss meeting to deliver the cake to you!
✨What forms of payment do you take and when do I need to pay?
We have switched over to using Square invoices. Once you have placed your order, we will send an invoice to the email provided where you are able to pay with your card. In special cases, we can arrange a different payment method.
✨How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We always try to squeeze in any and all orders, but to ensure you get your cake when you want it please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Last minute orders are sometimes possible but a rush fee of up to $30 will incur depending on the size and complexity of your order.
✨Do you do custom cakes not shown on your menu?
Yes! Whatever you have in mind, we can make! We love making unique and totally custom to you cakes and flavors, so send us a message about what you want and we can hash out the details!
Our cakes are also available for events such as weddings or bigger get-togethers. We can do larger cakes, tiered cakes, funky shaped cakes and even cupcakes as well.
✨What is your current ordering process?
The best way to place an order with us is by submitting an order form through our website. After it has been submitted we will get back to you and email you an invoice. Once we are in contact we can discuss any changes you’d like to make as well as design, style, and colors!
✨Do you make and sell allergy sensitive cakes?
We currently offer vegan cakes as well as vegan buttercream frosting and filling options. Those exclude dairy and eggs and are perfect for those who are sensitive or allergic to dairy or any animal products.
We do not currently offer gluten free cakes but hope to offer them in the near future.
